this time I answered it regarding the pointI thought they were trying to get at.
problem is with most of these questions they seem to be asking an authoritarian/economic question but it interacts with a philosohical issue. For example if I believe in rehabilitation it doesn't mean I'm a softie - my rehabilitation could easily be tougher than anyone elses punishment.
