then you campaign on a 'vote splitting' platform. suggest all your party votes goto national and try to win a seat (heh). Go for a safe national seat without an important MP standing in it.
Then of course lots of stop the bill posters highlighting all the parties that voted for it. Hmm... this could be quite fun.
